Missing or Incorrect items

If you are missing an item(s) in your delivery or your items has been incorrectly packed, please notify your sales representative for us to look into or email us at Support@dsky-ltd.co.uk

Faulty/damaged items

If you receive items that are faulty or have been damaged in transit please notify your sales Reps, or email us at support@dsky-ltd.co.uk Support@dsky-ltd.co.uk2pt; font-family: Roboto; color: #212529;”> within 3 working days of delivery. We will endeavour to get back to you ASAP

D-SKY Refunds policy.

For refunds please email us at Support@dsky-ltd.co.uk, this must be in line with the below conditions

• Please note that refunds for incorrect items will only be processed if the goods are returned in a saleable condition and packaging is not damaged.

• Our Reps will collect the item(s) and your refund will be processed within 14 working days if the item(s) are returned in a satisfactory condition.

• Refund will only be paid back into the same bank account that was used for the purchase.

• Where commission credit was used, same value of order will be added back to your D-SKY account subject to meeting the above conditions.
